When we say he's a *force* to be reckoned with, we mean it. This young Jedi decided to use his allowance money to support HTX Basket Brigade and help families in need this Thanksgiving. Talk about a heroic act! Jet could have saved up for new toys or maybe even some cool Jedi gear, but instead, he chose to help provide holiday meals for those less fortunate. With his donation, Jet has shown us that true strength comes from compassion—and maybe just a touch of the Force. ### “Use the Force” of Giving, Just Like Jet! Jet’s act of kindness reminds us all that you don’t need to be a grown-up (or have a lightsaber) to make a difference. Just like this young hero, every dollar you contribute can have a big impact. Whether you’re donating $5 or $500, your gift will go directly toward filling Thanksgiving baskets with food and essentials for families in need. Even the smallest donation can bring hope to someone’s table this holiday season. ### Join the Rebel Alliance for Good In a world that sometimes feels more like the Dark Side, Jet’s generosity is a beacon of hope. He’s inspired us all to think a little more like a Jedi—choosing courage, kindness, and compassion over anything else. If Jet can give up his allowance to make a difference, imagine what we can do together! So, grab your lightsaber (or wallet) and join Jet’s mission. Remember, the Force of Giving is strong with this one… and it could be with you, too! ## Related posts [![](https://www.htxbasketbrigade.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_0003.jpg?height=200&name=IMG_0003.jpg)](https://www.htxbasketbrigade.com/htxbasketbrigade/why-thanksgiving-is-more-than-just-a-meal-for-500-houston-families) ## [Why Thanksgiving Is More Than Just a Meal for 500 Houston Families](https://www.htxbasketbrigade.com/htxbasketbrigade/why-thanksgiving-is-more-than-just-a-meal-for-500-houston-families) ![Picture of HTXBasketBrigade](https://app.hubspot.com/settings/avatar/13ec2f9f48d96a5f45c23d48bd22111b) [HTXBasketBrigade](https://www.htxbasketbrigade.com/htxbasketbrigade/author/htxbasketbrigade) Nov 3, 2024, 11:30:00 AM Thanksgiving is a day filled with family, gratitude, and celebration, but for many Houston families...
