But while most of Houston is focused on tricks and treats, here at the HTX Basket Brigade, we’re already stirring up something even more magical: Thanksgiving joy for hundreds of local families.

Every Halloween, while others are carving pumpkins, we’re carving out time to plan, pack, and prepare. Why? Because there’s nothing scarier than a family sitting down to an empty table on Thanksgiving Day.

This year, our goal is over 600 families served — and with your help, we can make sure every household gets the ultimate treat: a warm, home-cooked meal shared with love.

So, how can you help before the clock strikes midnight?
