In fact, they set a new record, bringing out their largest-ever group of staff to volunteer. Their dedication and community pride were evident in every task they undertook, leaving an indelible impact on the event’s success and underscoring their steadfast commitment to making a difference. Under the guidance of their Chairwoman, Dr. Jody Lee, Southwestern National Bank has fostered a culture deeply rooted in giving back and building a sense of togetherness. Dr. Lee’s leadership has inspired her team to approach volunteerism with the same energy and excellence that they bring to their professional lives. Her focus on cultivating meaningful connections and a shared sense of responsibility has undoubtedly shaped the bank’s ongoing commitment to creating a stronger, more united community.
